ServiceNow is seeking a Solutions Architect to design, build, and implement ServiceNow solutions for clients. The role involves assessing client needs, defining solution requirements, and developing architecture and implementation plans. Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of Service Now Partner ecosystem, licensing model and platform management models.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Leading offshore team in Service Now modules (ITOM, SecOps, IRM).
- Ability to develop large solutions combining Service Now platform, automation, and workflow capabilities.
- Strong internal and external relationships.
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's/Master's degree, 8-10 yrs exp, CSA certification required. At least 2 Service Now implementation certs needed. Strong ITIL/ITSM certification is a plus
