Requirements
- Lead sales and pre-sales work in Service Now
- Deep understanding of Service Now Partner ecosystem, licensing model, and platform management
- Design and develop large solutions combining Service Now platform, automation, and workflow capabilities
- Lead offshore team in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, Sec Ops
- Strong relationship-building within EY and across the organization
- Effective performance management and mentoring of staff
- Participate in pre-sales and internal engagement
