Requirements
- Experience in ServiceNow Platform and modules like ITSM, HRSD, CSM, IRM, ITOM
- Automation test frameworks creation and maintenance
- QC metrics collection and reporting
- Quality standards and processes establishment
- Collaboration with developers, Analysts, and stakeholders
- Comprehensive test plan generation and automation
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Deep understanding of testing techniques (unit, integration, automated)
- Strong communication skills

Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree in related field. 3-6 years of QA experience in ServiceNow. CSA/CIS certification is mandatory. Experience with Java, JUnit, Selenium, and agile methodologies is a plus
