EY is seeking a Senior ServiceNow QA professional to join the EY GDS ServiceNow. This role involves creating and maintaining automation test frameworks, collecting quality metrics, establishing standards, and collaborating with developers and stakeholders to design and execute testing strategies. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth of EY and improve the quality of its services.

Requirements

  • Experience in ServiceNow Platform and expertise in ITSM, HRSD, CSM, IRM, ITOM
  • Creation and maintenance of automation test frameworks
  • Data collection and reporting of quality metrics
  • Establishing quality standards and processes
  • Collaboration with developers, Business Analysts and stakeholders
  • Automation and execution of test plans
  • Understanding of agile methodology
  • Strong communication skills
  • College degree in related technology or comparable job experience

Requirements Summary
