We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow and SharePoint to join our client’s team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will configure and optimize ServiceNow and SharePoint platforms, provide user support, and troubleshoot issues.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience configuring and managing ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow and SharePoint architecture and functionalities
- Proficiency in improving and customizing SharePoint environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and its integration with SharePoint
