ServiceNow Software Engineer

Synechron, a global consulting firm combining innovation and digital transformation, is seeking experienced professionals to join their ServiceNow team. The role involves implementing, configuring, maintaining ServiceNow, driving business process automation, and delivering IT services management. Responsibilities include requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment, plus post-implementation support and documentation creation. This is a full-time, in-site position.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent qualifications)
• Experience with ServiceNow (Developer, Consultant, or Administrator roles)
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.)
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (REST, SOAP, Web Services)
• Solid understanding of ITIL best practices
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Fluent in English and French
• Swiss resident
• Fluency in Swiss German
• 2+ years of experience
