ServiceNow Solution Architect - Fixed Term - Immediate Start

Datacom is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the migration of their internal IT service management platform to ServiceNow. The role involves defining the target architecture, designing integrations, driving data migration, and working with stakeholders. The architect will lead a transformation project, establish governance processes, and mentor delivery teams. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role within a fast-growing, agile environment.

Requirements

• Proven ServiceNow Solution Architect experience leading enterprise migrations or large-scale platform implementations.
• Deep knowledge across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB/Discovery, ITOM, ITSM integrations), hands-on configuration and development experience.
• Solid experience with data migration: discovery tools, data mapping, transformation, reconciliation and validation.
• Solid integration architecture skills: REST/SOAP, MID Server, LDAP/SSO, webhooks, message queuing patterns.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA or higher, CIS, CIS-ITOM desirable) and solid ITIL/enterprise process knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder, workshop and communication skills—able to influence senior leadership and technical teams.
• Experience establishing governance, CI/CD and source-control for ServiceNow development.
• 7+ years in enterprise architecture or solution architecture roles, with evidence of delivering business outcomes from platform changes.
