NewRocket is seeking a ServiceNow S2P Solution Architect to lead the delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services. The role demands a highly motivated individual with strong technical, communications, and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Conduct requirements gathering workshops with clients
• Configure and customize S2P/ITAM ServiceNow applications
• Manage all aspects of application development
• Mentor project crew members
• Experience with implementing ServiceNow modules
• Create script-based Assignment and Approval rules
• Experience with ServiceNow for custom application design and development
• Create and execute development plans
• Knowledge of ITIL V4 processes
