We are seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, governance, and implementation of enterprise workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform design, development, and architecture
- Strong architectural knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules, especially ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, GRC, and Virtual Agent
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture patterns, platform capabilities, and scoped applications
- Experience designing robust integration architectures using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and external identity/access systems
- Proven leadership in technical design, platform governance, and stakeholder communication
- Strong documentation and presentation skills for solution design and architecture reviews
- Ability to balance technical constraints with business priorities and roadmap needs
