ServiceNow Solution Architect

Peraton is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to drive the implementation of complex ServiceNow programs. The role involves technical leadership, architectural expertise, and working with stakeholders to ensure efficient IT Operations and observability solutions utilizing ServiceNow Service Catalogs and ITIL processes. This position involves AI initiatives using ServiceNow, specifically leveraging AI for automation within existing and new programs.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years of experience with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years of experience with Ph.D
• US Citizenship
• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain SCI
• 2+ years of experience with the design, development, and support of technology infrastructure related to ITOM and/or observability solutions
• 2+ years of ServiceNow hands-on development
