Requirements

• 15 years of experience in the ServiceNow platform
• Lead the creation of innovative, scalable ServiceNow solution designs for new implementations and transformations.
• Collaborate closely with our technical teams and ServiceNow experts to provide strategic guidance and drive customer success.
• Contribute to pre-sales and help teammates solve complex problems
• Work with the latest features in the ServiceNow platform and continue to develop your expertise
• Serve as the technical advisor in client communications, translating complex business needs into clear, executable technical roadmaps.
