We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to lead and improve our ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB capabilities. This role designs scalable solutions, ensures strong data quality, and guides teams in delivering reliable and well-architected ServiceNow outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture or platform engineering
- 5+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB
- Deep expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB governance
- Strong integration experience (REST/SOAP) and scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python)
- Solid understanding of ITIL and alignment with CSDM
- Strong background in enterprise architecture and large-scale system integrations
- Strong understanding of relational data models and data structures
