We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to configure the ServiceNow platform to meet stakeholders' requirements, build custom applications, and ensure seamless integration with other IT service management platforms.
Requirements
- HBO and/or WO profile
- Proficient in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience across various projects
- CTA (Certified Technical Architect)
- CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- CIS (IT Service Management)
- Scripting in ServiceNow Fundamentals
- A good understanding of the following ServiceNow products: ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, Portal, Scoped applications, Interfaces
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including practical experience in implementing these frameworks in IT projects
- DevOps mindset and skills
- Team player
- Strong consultancy skills
