Join a purpose-driven team as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect - Platform Integration. Participate in process flow analysis, provide technical direction, and work on multiple projects with varying complexity.

Requirements

  • Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in ServiceNow technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
  • B.S. degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent preferred
  • Advanced experience with ServiceNow configuration/custom development and scoped applications
  • Extensive hands-on experience with client-side development: UI Policies, Client Scripts, AJAX, etc.)
  • Extensive hands-on experience with server-side development: Glide Server APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with using out-of-the-box APIs or developing integration APIs (IntegrationHub, Web Services, JavaScript APIs, Scripted REST/SOAP APIs)
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record in ServiceNow technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
  • Organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Broad experiences with a wide range of ServiceNow suite applications/modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, IRM and SecOps) and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) data framework
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs
  • Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations and priorities
  • Should have participated in, and be familiar with project methodologies
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in professional services or customer support operations
  • 3-6 years of ServiceNow systems integration and/or implementation experience
  • Proven solutions consulting experience
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with varying complexity
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to simplify complex solutions
  • Must have ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD and two other CISs)
  • Nice to have ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) experience
  • Nice to have development & operation pipeline experience
  • Nice to have business architecture experience
