ServiceNow Solutions Architect, Scotiabank

Join Scotiabank's Service Management Technology team as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect. The team provides technical leadership and strategic vision for the implementation of Service Management tools. The Solution Architect will design applications, map client business requirements, and work with a team to deliver solutions.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent
• Advanced experience with ServiceNow configuration/custom development and scoped applications
• Extensive hands-on experience with client-side and server-side development
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in professional services or customer support operations
• 3-6 years of ServiceNow systems integration and/or implementation experience
• Proven solutions consulting experience
