We are looking for a ServiceNow Specialist to provide support and maintenance for custom ServiceNow applications, develop and maintain Service Portal components, and create reports and dashboards to provide insights into application performance and usage.
Requirements
- Proven working experience with ServiceNow Custom Applications
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
- Proficiency in debugging ServiceNow application issues
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow Service Portal development
- Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow server-side and client-side development
- Experience creating reports and dashboards in ServiceNow
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
