We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) initiatives. This is a senior role responsible for establishing, documenting, and executing processes to ensure high data integrity of Sun Life's IT Asset Management platform.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in IT Asset Management and ServiceNow platform development
- Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow, including ITSM/ITAM solutions and principles
- Proven track record of implementing and managing enterprise-wide IT asset management policies and solutions
