The role involves collaborating with French-speaking clients, analyzing their needs, and delivering customized solutions to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction. This position requires ServiceNow expertise, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of direct, hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform customization.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in SPM modules.
• Proven track record managing and delivering multiple concurrent ServiceNow projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in French and English.
