ServiceNow SRE Support Consultant - Associate

We are seeking a ServiceNow Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Support Consultant with adequate experience to ensure the stability, scalability, and reliability of our ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Proficient experience in ServiceNow administration, support, or SRE roles, and ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, CMDB, Performance Analytics)
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and instance management, Experience in UNIX/Linux, and Windows Server administration
• Hands-on expertise in scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, Git)
• Proficiency in networking (DNS, Traded Credit Positions (TCP)/IP, Load Balancing, Firewalls) related to ServiceNow
• Understanding of ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and instance cloning
• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, REST API, Web Services)
