R5 Labs, a ServiceNow partner, is seeking an Independent Consultant to lead strategy and implementation projects focused on Customer Service Management (CSM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM). The role involves partnering directly with clients, optimizing ServiceNow deployments, and delivering customized solutions to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction in the EMEA region.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of direct ServiceNow implementation experience
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform customization
- Proven track record managing and delivering multiple ServiceNow projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Demonstrated ability to manage remote projects in the EMEA region
