R5 Labs is seeking a ServiceNow independent consultant to implement and optimize customer service management (CSM), strategic portfolio management (SPM), IT asset management (ITAM), and IT operations management (ITOM) solutions for EMEA clients. The role involves solution design, configuration, consulting, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction. This position is a remote, first-class position in a collaborative, remote-first team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow implementation and configuration experience (CSM, SPM, ITAM, ITOM)
  • Strong ServiceNow platform customization skills (JavaScript, REST/SOAP API integrations)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications (CSM, SPM, ITAM, ITOM - preferred)
  • Proven track record managing multiple concurrent ServiceNow projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English
