This ServiceNow Subcontractor position is responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow platform. The role requires individual contributor skills to interact with global teams and deliver business impact. Technical governance and platform architecture are key responsibilities.
Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience in technical solution design and implementation
- Proven management/influencing abilities
- Experience with creating ROI/value propositions for customer software implementations
- Knowledge of IT and Enterprise Service Management is critical
- Expertise and experience with ServiceNow or an equivalent ITSM toolset are essential
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced)
- Self-motivated, fast learner with the ability to operate independently
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
Requirements Summary
6+ years' tech solution design/implementation experience, proven management & influencing skills, ServiceNow expertise (ISA), and strong MS Office skills are essential
