This role involves ensuring smooth operation of client's ServiceNow platforms, resolving incidents, and providing expert guidance to users. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ServiceNow and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in IT Support, Technical Support, or Application Support, with a focus on ServiceNow.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within the ServiceNow platform.
- Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its core functionalities.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and GlideScript.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
