Provide end user and application support on ServiceNow application, troubleshoot issues, and perform incident/change/release management activities. Provide technical leadership in resolving complex issues and coordinate with deep support team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in configuring ServiceNow
  • Strong hands on technical knowledge of all ServiceNow modules
  • Hands on knowledge and experience of JavaScript, XML and XSL stylesheets, web services
  • ServiceNow Certifications and ITIL certification is preferred
  • Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks
  • Good technical documentation skills
  • Should be creative problem solvers who can collaborate well and be flexible
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
