We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Support Technician to strengthen our internal IT support and digital transformation initiatives. The role involves incident management, request fulfillment, basic troubleshooting, user support, collaboration with 1st Line Support, escalation management, documentation, and problem management.
Requirements
- Experience in IT support, service management, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms (a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with teams.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in incident and request management, with a basic understanding of ITIL principles (a plus).
