ServiceNow System Administrator, Senior

We are looking for a senior ServiceNow system administrator to help us operate and maintain ServiceNow platforms for our government clients. You will manage operations and maintenance responsibilities, provide support on best practices, and help the team understand the network through monitoring and performance management.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow maintenance
• Experience with management and teaching teams of software administrators
• Experience following Agile Scrum development methods
• Ability to work with stakeholders to define requirements
