ServiceNow System Administrator, Senior to help operate and maintain ServiceNow platforms for government clients. Responsible for managing operations and maintenance responsibilities, deployment, configuration, and life cycle management of the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow maintenance
• Experience with management and teaching teams of software administrators
• Experience following Agile Scrum development methods
• Ability to work with stakeholders to define requirements
• Public Trust
• HS diploma or GED
• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
