ServiceNow System Engineer

IronArch Technology is a leading Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) specializing in IT services for Federal Government clients. They are seeking a ServiceNow System Engineer to support the Department of Veterans Affairs with cloud computing and virtualization, as well as provide testing and support for client testers. This role involves managing platform lifecycle, troubleshooting connectivity, and collaborating with various teams to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 5 years of ServiceNow or IT systems engineering experience
• Minimum 10 years of systems engineering experience
• Minimum 6 years working with the ServiceNow platform
• Technical Expertise (all levels) - ServiceNow platform administration and configuration
• Linux server management (including MID servers)
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Basic architecture design and system integration
• Technical Competencies - ServiceNow expertise, MID Server Management, and Architecture & Integration
