Accenture Federal Services is seeking a ServiceNow Systems Administrator to maintain and optimize the ServiceNow platform for client engagements. This role involves system upgrades, migrations, incident management, and platform configuration to meet client requirements, while ensuring compliance with IT standards and security protocols. Requirements

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform in support of federal client environments.
  • Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations in compliance with change management and governance processes.
  • Triage, track, and resolve ServiceNow incidents and service requests in line with defined SLAs.
  • Perform light coding/scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflows) to customize solutions within compliance standards.
  • Develop and maintain platform documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), system configurations, and migration runbooks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional consulting teams, program managers, and federal stakeholders to deliver system enhancements.
