ServiceNow Technical Architect

MetaPhase is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead projects from an architecture design perspective through implementation. This role involves providing technical expertise on ServiceNow initiatives, including O&M, business transformation planning, and customization. The Architect will serve as both a solution provider and team mentor, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver on complex ServiceNow projects and contribute to MetaPhase's ServiceNow service line.

Requirements

• 6+ years of overall IT experience
• 2+ years of ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture experience
• Experience solving, designing, and implementing ServiceNow Cloud Platform solutions
• Experience building scoped applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a Public Trust clearance holder and have US citizenship
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Certificate in ServiceNow (CSA, CAD, CIS), and at least one CIS certification
