ServiceNow Technical Architect

Spry Methods is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design and architecture of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as a primary technical point of contact for the ServiceNow platform, providing architectural leadership, technical governance, and strategic guidance across all ServiceNow initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or related field, & or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 8-10 years of IT experience with at least 5-7 years focused on ServiceNow platform
• At least 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture or senior technical leadership role
• Proven track record of architecting and delivering multiple large-scale enterprise ServiceNow implementations
• Deep experience across multiple ServiceNow product lines (i.e. ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, HR, Security Operations, GRC, IntegrationHub)
• Experience leading technical teams and driving architectural decisions
• Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades and complex migration projects
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting
• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, or Event Management
• Experience with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework)
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data models, and configuration management database (CMDB)
• Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices and knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently & with teams to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and customer focus on delivering business value
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and delivery processes
• Capability to adapt to changing requirements and project dynamics
