ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst

We are hiring a ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst to support our government customer based in Springfield, VA. The position requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph. The ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst prepares the organization's business processes for seamless implementation with automated IT solutions.

Requirements

• Five or more years of combined experience in DoD/IC process engineering, business analysis, governance, SNOW developer/administrator, or similar role.
• One or more SNOW certifications, such as the Certified ServiceNow Administrator, Certified Application Specialist, Certified Application Developer, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University.
