Cprime is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with excellent communication skills to help clients succeed with ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of real-time hands-on ServiceNow platform experience and a proven track record of success in solution design, configurations, and integrations implementation.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of real-time hands-on ServiceNow platform experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is mandatory, and CISITSM/HRSD certification is preferred
- Experience with any ServiceNow ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/SPM/HRSD solutions
- Proven history of working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with client management and project management
- Excellent problem-solving ability and time management
- Proactive communication skills, presenting technology as business solutions
- Good business sense and relationship-building skills
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to deal with ambiguity and white spaces and have a start-up mindset
- Must be flexible and ready to pivot based on the changing demands of a project
