Requirements

  • Experience +3 years of proficiency in an IT Administration environment
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Azure Active Directory
  • Strong customer focus and familiarity with IT Service Management/ITIL standards
  • Proficient in Active Directory, Microsoft Admin Portal, Microsoft Office applications, PowerShell, and scripting
  • Familiarity with both PC and MAC equipment
  • Experience with ITSM applications such as JIRA Service Desk and ServiceNow
  • Basic knowledge of LAN and WAN setups
