This ServiceNow Technical Consultant role involves designing, developing, implementing, and customizing ServiceNow solutions. Requirements
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL processes.
- Experience with CSM, FSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, App Engine, Portal, SPM modules.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field is often preferred.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
