Requirements

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow development and administration
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs
• Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL processes
• Experience with advanced ServiceNow modules
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• ServiceNow certifications
