We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is looking for an opportunity to join an established but still fast-growing organization. The ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant will support customers in the successful implementation and use of ServiceNow, including configuration, tailoring, and coaching to meet their unique business requirements.
Requirements
- University degree in IT engineering
- Minimum 3 years’ experience on ServiceNow
- 3 years’ experience in consulting external customers
- Mastering of relational DB model and related technologies
- Mastering Event-driven and Object-Oriented programming
- Mastering web technologies like JavaScript, XML, AngularJS, Jelly
- AJAX experience
- Scripting proficiency in PowerShell and Unix shell
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP and SSO technologies
- Experience with legacy systems, batch files, web services (SOAP and REST)
- Working knowledge of networks, the Internet, modern protocols and email, SMTP, POP3
- ITIL knowledge is a plus
