Requirements

  • Higher education degree (Bachelor's or Master's or Integrated Master's) in the areas of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering and Computing or similar experience in the Information Systems area
  • Technical knowledge of JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML, CSS
  • Experience in standards for integration with other systems (e.g.: JDBC, MID Server, REST / SOAP)
  • Experience and domain in project management using the Agile and Scrum methodology
  • Autonomy, problem-solving ability, and critical spirit
  • Communication ability, interpersonal relationship, critical spirit, and teamwork
  • Knowledge of the English language in spoken and written form (mandatory)
  • More than 5 (five) years of experience in implementation and development projects in ServiceNow
  • Experience in managing, designing, implementing, and rolling out ServiceNow (4 or more full-projects distinct)
  • Certification as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (preferential)
  • Certification as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in at least 2 of the following domains: ITSM, Discovery, SPM, HRSD, CSM, SAM, HAM (preferential)
  • Certification as ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (preferential)
