SERVICENOW TECHNICAL LEAD (REMOTE)

SERVICENOW is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow-based Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The role involves strategic architectural vision, end-to-end delivery, stakeholder engagement, and leadership of team. This is a remote position focused on building scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow technology and systems integration.
• Strong expertise in Master Data Management with a deep understanding of data models, governance, and integrations.
• Proven track record of leading multiple end-end ServiceNow implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and batch/real-time integration patterns using AWS services.
• Active TOGAF certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
