SERVICENOW TECHNICAL LEAD (REMOTE)

Compass Group USA is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow-based Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. This role involves strategic architectural vision, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on leadership to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, business goals, and data governance standards. The team is focused on building scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow technology and systems integration
• Strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) with a deep understanding of data models, governance, and integrations.
• Proven track record of leading multiple end-end ServiceNow implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and batch/real-time integration patterns using AWS services.
• Ability to design and implement secure, scalable integrations between ServiceNow/MDM and AWS-based data platforms.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow data schema, architecture, and integration (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub).
• Active TOGAF certification
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
