We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Solution Architect with agile methodology experience to support our DoD customer to implement an enterprise IT service delivery model. As a ServiceNow Technical Solutions Architect for an agile team, you will be responsible for all aspects of the application's architecture.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of relevant experience
  • 3+ years' experience in incremental software development projects such as the Agile Scrum approach
  • Professional experience operating within cross-functional teams and groups
  • An active DoD secret clearance or ability to obtain a secret clearance
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator
  • Must meet 8570/8140 DoD Cyber Workforce Compliance requirement
  • Experience managing and maintaining self-hosted ServiceNow instances
  • Ability to collaborate with Developers, Program Managers, Testers,and Production Support Engineers to implement innovative technical solutions via iterative approach reducing time to delivery
  • Proven experience working directly to oversee the architecture and development of the entire ServiceNow platform
  • Experience in agile software development practices and experience delivering deployable software in short sprints
  • Good ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Remedy to ServiceNow migration with a focus on ITSM core competencies and complex data sets
