ServiceNow Technical Solution Architect

We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Solution Architect with agile methodology experience to support our DoD customer to implement an enterprise IT service delivery model. As a ServiceNow Technical Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for all aspects of the application's architecture, maintaining an expert level understanding of enterprise and platform level architecture, and providing expert advice and technical direction in Agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• 15+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience)
• 3+ years’ experience in incremental software development projects such as the Agile Scrum approach
• Professional experience operating within cross-functional teams and groups
• An active DoD secret clearance or ability to obtain a secret clearance
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator
• Must meet 8570/8140 DoD Cyber Workforce Compliance requirement
• Experience managing and maintaining self-hosted ServiceNow instances
• Ability to collaborate with Developers, Program Managers, Testers, and Production Support Engineers to implement innovative technical solutions via iterative approach reducing time to delivery
• Proven experience working directly to oversee the architecture and development of the entire ServiceNow platform
• Experience in agile software development practices and experience delivering deployable software in short sprints
• Good ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions
• Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Remedy to ServiceNow migration with a focus on ITSM core competencies and complex data sets
• Requires on site (Chantilly, VA) work location 5 days a week to be in proximity of self-hosted ServiceNow instances and environment
