We are seeking a ServiceNow TM Forum Expert to develop and maintain APIs, design and implement ServiceNow integrations, and customize and configure ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience and be proficient in TMF APIs, OpenAPIs, and DevOps practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience
- Proficiency in TMF APIs, OpenAPIs, and DevOps practices
- Ability to design and implement ServiceNow integrations
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow environment
- Knowledge of automated testing with ATF and GitLab pipelines
- Experience with version control using Git
- Ability to create and maintain comprehensive API documentation
- Familiarity with code review processes and API development best practices
