We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Trainer to develop a strategic training plan, design course plans, and animate training sessions for end-users and operational users. The trainer will collaborate with the project team and ensure pedagogical vigilance and adapt content to user feedback.

Requirements

  • Design at least three distinct course plans related to ServiceNow products
  • Deliver two ServiceNow training sessions to end-users or administrators
  • Excellent mastery of ITSM best practices via ServiceNow
  • Mastery of ServiceNow (user interface, ITSM modules, workflows, service catalog)
  • Pedagogical design competence (andragogical approach, user journey, active pedagogy)
  • Ability to popularize technical content for diverse audiences
  • Good understanding of change management in IT projects
  • Valid ITIL4 certification (advantageous)
