We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Trainer to develop a strategic training plan, design course plans, and animate training sessions for end-users and operational users. The trainer will collaborate with the project team and ensure pedagogical vigilance and adapt content to user feedback.
Requirements
- Design at least three distinct course plans related to ServiceNow products
- Deliver two ServiceNow training sessions to end-users or administrators
- Excellent mastery of ITSM best practices via ServiceNow
- Mastery of ServiceNow (user interface, ITSM modules, workflows, service catalog)
- Pedagogical design competence (andragogical approach, user journey, active pedagogy)
- Ability to popularize technical content for diverse audiences
- Good understanding of change management in IT projects
- Valid ITIL4 certification (advantageous)
