ServiceNow Trainer to develop a strategic training plan and conduct training sessions for end-users and operational users of the ServiceNow solution.

Requirements

  • Having designed at least three distinct course plans related to ServiceNow products.
  • Having delivered two ServiceNow training sessions to end-users or administrators.
  • Excellent mastery of ITSM best practices (incident, request, change, etc.) via ServiceNow.
  • Mastery of ServiceNow (user interface, ITSM modules, workflows, service catalog).
  • Pedagogical design competence (andragogical approach, user journey, active pedagogy).
  • Ease in animating groups (face-to-face, virtual, or hybrid).
  • Ability to popularize technical content for diverse audiences.
  • Good understanding of change management in IT projects.
  • Possess a valid ITIL4 certification at the time of application submission.
