Requirements
- Having designed at least three distinct course plans related to ServiceNow products.
- Having delivered two ServiceNow training sessions to end-users or administrators.
- Excellent mastery of ITSM best practices (incident, request, change, etc.) via ServiceNow.
- Mastery of ServiceNow (user interface, ITSM modules, workflows, service catalog).
- Pedagogical design competence (andragogical approach, user journey, active pedagogy).
- Ease in animating groups (face-to-face, virtual, or hybrid).
- Ability to popularize technical content for diverse audiences.
- Good understanding of change management in IT projects.
- Possess a valid ITIL4 certification at the time of application submission.
