We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Trainer to develop a training plan, design course plans, and deliver training sessions for end-users and operational users. The trainer will work with the project team to integrate training into the global roadmap and mentor future trainers.
Requirements
- Design at least three distinct course plans related to ServiceNow products
- Deliver two ServiceNow training sessions for end-users or administrators
- Mastery of ServiceNow (user interface, ITSM modules, workflows, service catalog)
- Pedagogical design competence (andragogical approach, user journeys, active pedagogy)
- Ability to animate groups (presence, virtual, or hybrid)
- Ability to vulgarize technical content for diverse audiences
- Good understanding of change management in IT projects
