We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Trainer to intervene in a strategic digital transformation project. The trainer will define the global training plan, design course plans, and host training sessions for end users and operational users.
Requirements
- Have designed at least three distinct course plans related to ServiceNow products.
- Have delivered two ServiceNow training sessions for end users or administrators.
- Excellent mastery of ITSM best practices (incident management, requests, changes, etc.) via ServiceNow.
- Mastery of ServiceNow (user interface, ITSM modules, workflows, service catalog).
- Pedagogical design skills (andragogical approach, user journeys, active pedagogy).
- Ability to vulgarize technical content for diverse audiences.
- Good understanding of change management in IT projects.
