ServiceNow UX/UI Architect

NewRocket is seeking a UX/UI Architect to lead, coach, and mentor a team of talented UX/UI Designers. The successful candidate will design and execute a UX strategy, deliver innovative solutions on complex professional services projects, and work with customers to conduct user research and usability testing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS
• ServiceNow experience is highly preferred but not required
• Proficient in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and how UX maps to ServiceNow's theming system
• Ability to understand platform constraints and creatively work within them
• Familiarity with Agile and Design Thinking methodologies
• Excellent communication facilitation, and presentation skills and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to assess and mitigate risk
• Thrives in dynamic, quickly evolving environments
• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field or demonstrated work experience
