The role involves troubleshooting, implementation of VR functionality (VIT, Out-of-the-Box), and scripting with ServiceNow.
Requirements
- Desire experience integrating CrowdStrike Exposure Management data, Tenable Vulnerability Management data, and External Attack Surface Management (EASM) solutions.
- Experience implementing the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) application to consume data from multiple sources and tie it to ServiceNow CMDB relationships.
- Experience creating VR Dashboards and Widgets.
- Troubleshooting and implementing reporting changes based on employee feedback.
- Implementing best practices for implementation of VR functionality (VIT, Out-of-the-Box).
- Experience scripting in ServiceNow to enable customization.
