We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Team Manager to manage a multilingual HR Employee Services team in Lisbon. Into this role you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, monitoring team performance, and driving continuous improvement in alignment with global HR processes and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or HR shared services, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment, supporting multiple countries.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and systems; experience with ServiceNow, Workday, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented and customer service mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages is a plus.
