Site Infrastructure Specialist (Copenhagen, Onsite, English)

Requirements

• Strong understanding of IT systems, products, and trends
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Windows OS (Windows 10 & 11)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Office 365 applications
• Proficiency in PC/Laptop hardware and peripherals (printers, mobile devices)
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange
• ITIL certification and familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow) are a plus
• Knowledge of GMP/GxP is an advantage
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), Danish language skills are a plus
• Strong customer focus with a passion for IT service delivery
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and follow established processes
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
